5. Sat through PeopleSoft demo - I am hearing that buzz word again - "Employee Self Service"
6. Ordered catering from TAC, and voila! makeover as small as new linens on the table pimped up our conference room to an elegant party space (maybe not so small - took 6 heavy cloths to cover the gigantic mtg table)
7. All contracts done! Went to take a look at the room in the evening, feeling happy as ever in the middle of an empty room.
8. Experienced Kurayami-shokudo for the first time - the room felt huge when I was led to the dining room, and it suddenly shrank to a cozy and intimate dining table. Amazing.
9. Discovering more about Kinshicho - this week's finding was <Anmitsu Chiino>, a lovely Japanese sweet shop. I am going there for third straight day.
10. Packing is getting more intense as ever. Amazon delivery of a cat stroller - Kohaku and Yukich both gave suspicious eyes...

12. Found out that our new apartment do not hold any of "Flet's xxx" service - we were thinking this may be a good time to review our internet connection and perhaps buy a new PC, but let's re-review.
13. Attended the trial coaching study class from 10PM - the conf call class setup was surprisingly comfortable and inspiring. Reviewed the 'Open' and Closed' question situations... what would be the one step beyond?
14. Lengthy conversation with my boss (actually a good thing as we haven't had one recently). At the end she lended me a Khaled Hosseini novel - can't wait to read but a bit scared to do as the book seems to be a page-turner.
15. Had a vendor guest in the morning, and another lengthy conversation followed - my motivation is seeing wild ups and downs.
16. Called reps of both CoachA and CTI Japan. I think I have clarification on their programs, logistics - next step... talk with my manager, perhaps.
17. My parents offered us help for the weekend. Today, visited Meguro and did some cleaning and unpacking, but mostly did the packing at home. Had a good time at <Tonzura>'s 3yr celebration, though. We will definitely miss the food and atmosphere there.
18. Got up at 6AM, last minute packing, intensive cleaning up and got myself out of the place with two cats in a trolley just when the rain started to fall around noon. The afternoon was all about unpacking and tidying. We got entire 70+ boxed out of the way! - celebrated with Pizza Hut and beer :p
19. The very first day to commute from new home. The joy of not having to use subway to work is quite something (though the ride is now a bit longer...)
20. National holiday with good sunlight. Walked around the neighborhood, getting familiar with the grocers and such. Found that "mate-tea" came out from Coke - remembering N-san's business trip to Brazil last summer, this must be the very outcome of that trip.
21. Lengthy meeting day. However had good email exchanges with coulple of close friends.
22. Lunch-time mtg (as opposed to lunch mtg) popped in from nowhere. Bad time for a discussion - people are angrier when hungry.
23. GLC mtg @ Shinjuku, discussions on "Self Leadership"
24. My kitchen cabinets are measured and so are the curtains. The house will look totally different in next months:)

30. Post kick-off mtg with the project team to share one's initial thoughts on the assignment. We didn't really did any housekeeping or tone-setting yet but the conversation actually turned out pretty good.
31. Had lunch w/ Kimura-kun @ Deco and then went to see Sio's performance @ Shibuya Cyclone. Fantastic.
